Shipping

We usually depatch orders within two days, but please allow one week for delivery to allow for delays. Orders to delivery addresses outside the UK may take longer. UK orders are sent by first class post in plain packaging.

Orders may be sent in more than one package (but usually won't be).

Although every attempt will be made to adhere to the time or times quoted under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss arising from delay in despatch or delivery howsoever caused.

In the unlikely event of delivery not being made to you within 30 days we will refund you in full or reship the goods.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods ordered without having to give a reason. In order to exercise this right during this cooling off period you must confirm the cancellation during the cooling off period by email, quoting your name, address and postcode. In the event of your exercising this right we will arrange collection of the goods from you and the cost of returning the goods is the only charge that we will levy against you and all other payments made by you will be returned by us to you within 30 days of our receiving notification of cancellation from you in the manner specified.

Where goods have been damaged in transit you should notify us of this fact within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods to you and you should do this by email quoting your name, address and postcode, and indicate in such communication whether you would like us to despatch a replacement to you. If you do not elect to have a replacement we shall refund the whole of the money paid by you within 30 days of your notification of the damage provided that we are satisfied on the return of the goods that they were damaged in transit to you. We will then arrange the collection of the goods from you.

Products returned for refund must be in the condition they were in when they were delivered and in their original packaging.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
